Policies & Terms

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Use the link in your confirmation email.
  • Weather-related reschedules are always free.
  • If the vehicle is inaccessible, tires are unavailable, the work area is unsafe, or the wheel lock key is missing, a refund may be partial or unavailable.
  • Customer confirms tires and wheels are suitable and safe for installation.
  • The technician may document vehicle and wheel condition with photos or video for quality and liability protection.
  • All wheels are torqued to manufacturer specification. A retorque after 50–100 km of driving is recommended.
  • Service is limited to passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks.
  • Tires must already be mounted on rims. We do not offer mounting or balancing at this time.
  • We do not sell tires or rims directly, but can provide a quote for tire/rim packages on request.
  • You do not need to be home for your appointment, but please ensure we have clear access to the vehicle, tires, and work area.
